La località è assolutamente silenziosa e nelle ore notturne grande scenario sulle stelle. La casa, circondata da un ampio terreno accessibile attraverso una stradella privata asfaltata, è dotata di parcheggio privato. Il dammuso dispone di un ampio soggiorno con TV via satellite e radio con lettore CD, cucina comoda con forno, lavastoviglie e lavabiancheria, tre stanze da letto ciascuna con bagno per un totale di sette posti letto ed un lettino per bambini più piccoli.
